Private Transfers in Paris with a Chauffeur

Give us the address and the chauffeur comes to the door — your hotel entrance, your apartment building, the taxi rank outside your station. From there we drive you to an airport, a station, a restaurant, Versailles, Disneyland Paris or straight out of the city for the day. The price is fixed on the road distance before you set off.

Journeys That Start or End in the City

Most of what we do in Paris is unglamorous and genuinely useful. A family leaves a rented flat in the 11th at half past four in the morning to catch a flight. A couple checks out of a hotel near the Louvre and needs to be at Gare de Lyon with enough margin to find their carriage. Someone lands at Gare du Nord on the Eurostar with three cases and a pushchair and would rather not work out the Métro. A business traveller finishes a dinner in the 8th and wants a car outside at the time they asked for it.

All of those are the same booking. You tell us where the car should be and when, we agree a price, and the chauffeur is there. What changes is only the detail: a flight number, a train time, a restaurant name, a second address for a stop on the way.

The thing worth understanding about a Paris pickup is that it is an exact address, not a zone or a landmark. You are not asked to walk to a meeting point at the end of the street. If you are staying at 14 rue de something in the 6th, that is where the car waits, and the chauffeur gets out and takes the heavy case off you. That single difference is why people book a car in a city that already has taxis and trains.

Paris traffic does not change what you pay

This is the part that matters most inside the city. A metered ride charges you for the crawl along the quais, the ten minutes stuck behind a delivery van on a one-way street, the diversion around a closed boulevard. Our price is worked out from the road distance of your route before you travel, and it does not move afterwards. A slow Friday evening costs exactly what a quiet Sunday morning costs.

It also means we have no incentive to take the long way round, and no reason to hurry you at the kerb. The chauffeur's job is to get you there properly, not to keep a meter turning.

What a Paris journey costs

Two vehicles, one rate each, applied to the real road distance of your route. There is no airport supplement, no night surcharge and no booking fee. Tolls and fuel are already included.

Executive Eco€2.00 / kmUp to 4 passengers and 3 large cases. Minimum fare €85. €1.80 / km after the first 100 km.
Premium Van€3.20 / kmUp to 8 passengers and 7 large cases. Minimum fare €150. €2.80 / km after the first 100 km.

The journeys people book most from Paris have set prices (Executive Eco / Premium Van VIP): within Paris €60 / €130, CDG €90 / €160, Orly €90 / €150, Beauvais €180 / €280, Versailles €85 / €150 and Disneyland Paris €95 / €160. Everything else is priced on the distance. Rather than guess, put your two addresses into the calculator above. It measures your own route, shows the driving distance and an estimated driving time, and prices both vehicles before you commit to anything.

Tell Us the Exact Address

Paris was not built for cars, and a fair number of the addresses we are asked to collect from sit on streets that are narrow, one-way, pedestrianised, under works, or lined so tightly with parked cars that there is nowhere to stop. Montmartre, the Marais, the streets behind Saint-Germain and much of the older centre are all like this in places.

None of that is a problem, but it is a problem if we find out about it on the morning of your flight. When you book, give us the full street address and the number, and add anything you already know: that the courtyard gate is locked before seven, that the street is closed for a market on Sunday, that there is a bus lane outside and the car cannot wait long. With that in hand the chauffeur plans the approach, arrives at the right end of the street and, where stopping genuinely is impossible, agrees a sensible spot with you a few metres away before the day rather than on the phone while you stand outside with the luggage.

The same applies at the other end. "The Ritz" is clear enough; "our friend's place near Bastille" is not. An address, a building number and a mobile number are all we need.

Not sure your street is drivable? Send us the address on WhatsApp before you book and we will tell you honestly where the car can stop.

Leaving Paris for the Day

A Paris address is also the usual starting point for the longer journeys we run. Some people book a one-way transfer because they are moving on — to a wedding in Normandy, a house in the Loire, a hotel in Reims — and simply want their luggage to stay in the boot from door to door.

Others keep the car for the day. On a private day trip the chauffeur waits while you visit, so Giverny in the morning and Rouen in the afternoon is one journey rather than three sets of tickets. The difference matters for places that are awkward by train, where the last connection back is early or the station sits a long way from the thing you came to see.

Both are priced from the same rates. A one-way transfer is priced on the distance of that one journey; a day with stops is quoted for the whole itinerary, so send us the plan and we will come back with a figure.

Questions About Paris Transfers

Can you collect me from my exact hotel or apartment address?

Yes, that is the normal arrangement. Give us the street, the number and the arrondissement when you book. The chauffeur comes to the entrance and helps with your luggage rather than meeting you at a rank or a corner.

What if my street is pedestrianised or too narrow for the car?

Tell us the address in advance and we will check it. Where a car genuinely cannot reach the door, we agree the nearest point it can wait before the day of travel, so you know exactly where to walk out to. It is the surprises on the morning that cause problems, not the streets themselves.

Does Paris traffic increase the fare?

No. The price is set on the road distance of your route when you book. Time in traffic, at lights or on a diversion does not add to it, and the driver has nothing to gain from a longer way round.

How long should I allow to reach an airport from central Paris?

It depends on which airport, where in Paris you start and the hour you travel, so a single number would mislead you. Enter your address in the calculator above for the distance and an estimated driving time on your own route, then tell us your flight time and we will suggest a pickup that leaves a sensible margin.

Can you meet me at Gare du Nord or another Paris station?

Yes. Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Gare de l'Est, Gare Montparnasse and Gare Saint-Lazare are all regular pickups, in both directions. Send us your train number and arrival time when you book, and we will confirm where the car will be.

Is there a surcharge for a very early or very late journey?

No. The rate per kilometre is the same at five in the morning as it is at midday, and there is no night surcharge and no booking fee. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Do you have child seats?

Child seats and booster seats can be requested when you book. Tell us the ages of the children so we bring the right ones, and mention a pushchair if you have one so the vehicle is chosen with the space for it.

Can the car wait for us during dinner or a show?

For an evening where you want the car to stay with you, ask for a quote rather than booking two separate transfers. Send the plan on WhatsApp with the times and we will price the whole evening.

Can I book the return at the same time?

Yes. Book each direction as its own journey with its own time. That way each leg has a confirmed pickup point, which is cleaner than leaving the return open.
