Who Is Responsible for Your Data

AK CAB (SARL, SIREN 830 650 503, 24 impasse du Vieux Lavoir, 77400 Pomponne, France), trading as Paris Chauffeur Transfers, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and when you contact us. For any question about your data, message us on WhatsApp at +33 7 81 86 45 52 or reply to any email we have sent you.

What We Collect

  • Booking details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, flight or train numbers, number of passengers, luggage, child seats and any notes you add.
  • Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp or email.
  • Technical data: the IP address and the page from which the booking form was sent, kept to prevent abuse and spam.

We do not ask for payment card details online.

Why We Use It

  • To price, confirm, organise and carry out your journey, and to keep you informed about it. This is necessary to perform the contract you ask us for.
  • To keep invoices and accounting records, as required by French law.
  • To protect the website and the booking form against misuse, which is our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who Receives It

Your booking details are shared only with the people and services needed to carry out the journey:

  • the chauffeur, or the partner chauffeur, who drives you;
  • Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email in the European Union;
  • Google (Google Calendar) and Make, which we use to schedule bookings;
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us that way.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How Long We Keep It

  • Booking requests and messages: up to 3 years after our last contact with you.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by French law.
  • Technical data from the booking form: up to 12 months.

Cookies

This website uses only the technical cookies needed for it to work, such as the session cookie that protects the booking form. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, contact us as shown above; we will reply within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
